ANGLAIS LANGUE SECONDE AVEC LE RETROPROJECTEUR
"Every cloud has a silver lining... it is light which must be played with."

Using the OHP - overhead projector - in class

"The most important thing about an OHP is light: the image is projected by light from the OHP to the screen.

So it is light which must be played with. Cut a small hole in a piece of paper and lay it over the glass platform. This produces a small window of light on the screen. Pass a text or a picture on a transparency across the hole. The students see parts of words (or parts of a picture) and try to guess what the hole word/picture is."- from Practical English Teaching, Andrew Wright, June 89, p. 39. (signalé par Alain Colas).

Overhead projectors in a classroom are valuable as a simple, cost-effective way to bring images to life. For info on types, lenses, brightness, lamps, design, size, weight and other options, see
Overhead Projector Product Selection Guide.

.» - Phil Benz, professeur au Lycée Astier à Aubenas (Ardèche), auteur de English Multiverse Site.
